Water Sculptures on West End Promenade MorecambePromenade Gardens in Morecambe's West End

As part of a regeneration scheme, Morecambe's  Promenade Gardens incorporate a randomly controlled water feature consisting of 12 bold foaming jets rising and falling out of the granite floor set out in an arc over 24m long.

The feature is immensely popular with children and adults alike and has helped to revive this part of Morecambe.

A PLC sequence controller creates a pseudo-random display operating for 13 minutes with a downtime pause of 2 minutes.

The water treatment is controlled by an electronic management system with chlorine, and dosing pumps for pH quality.
